What had once been a beautiful split level in Federal Way was in need of a deep cleaning and refurbishment after the past tenants had moved in multiple families with pets in the property. With the investor's trust in us, we came in and restored the entire property within 30 days. The first day on the market there were multiple offers and closed within the following month over asking price.. 

1976 - 30 Days to Market!

It was a 5 bedroom, 2 bath home in need of a serious cleanup and restoration. While maintaining its original features we were able to convert the home into three separate units for a quickly growing Tacoma neighborhood. Top floor became a 1 bed, 1 bath artist loft apt, The main floor became a 2 bed, 1 bath open concept for work/ live on 6th Ave. The lower unit became a 2 bed 1 bath. Each unit maintained private patio or deck and on site parking.
